活血止痛贴对原发性肝癌癌性疼痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨活血止痛贴对原发性肝癌癌性疼痛的缓解作用及对甲胎蛋白(AFP)的影响。方法选取2019年1月至2020年12月间陕西省中医医院收治的60例原发性肝癌癌性疼痛患者,采用随机数表法分成治疗组及对照组,每组30例。治疗组予以活血止痛贴贴于肝区或腹部疼痛部位+氨酚羟考酮片口服治疗,对照组予以氨酚羟考酮片口服治疗,两组均给予西医常规对症支持治疗,均连续给药2周。观察比较患者疼痛评分、AFP含量变化。结果治疗组疼痛缓解总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组AFP检测值显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论活血止痛贴对中晚期原发性肝癌癌性疼痛缓解效果良好,明显提高了患者的生活质量,值得临床应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Huoxue Zhitong paste in relieving pain in patients with primary liver cancer and the effect on alpha fetoprotein(AFP).Methods Sixty patients with primary liver cancer pain were selected at Shaanxi Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 1,2019 to December 30,2020.They were divided into a treatment group and a control group by random number table method with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group received Huoxue Zhitong paste in the liver area or abdominal pain area plus oral acetaminophen and oxycodone tablets and the control group received oral acetaminophen and oxycodone tablets treatment.The two groups were given conventional western medicine support treatment for 2 continuous weeks.Pain score and changes in AFP were observed.Results The overall efficacy rate of pain relief was higher in treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,AFP detection value was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Huoxue Zhitong paste has a good effect on pain relief,and obviously improves quality of life in patients with medium and advanced primary liver cancer.It is worthy of clinical application.
