摘 要:目的探讨知行健康教育模式对原发性肝癌(PHC)介入治疗患者希望水平、生活质量及癌因性疲乏的影响。方法选取2018年7月至2019年6月间西安市第九医院接受介入治疗的110例PHC患者,按照随机数表法分为干预组和对照组,每组55例。对照组采用常规干预,干预组在此基础上加用知行健康教育模式方案干预,比较两组患者术后希望水平、生活质量和癌因性疲乏情况。结果干预前,两组患者癌因性疲乏、生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后,两组患者希望水平评分、生活质量评分均有改善,且干预组癌因性疲乏总评分低于对照组,希望水平和生活质量评分高于对照组;不良反应总发生率较对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PHC介入治疗患者进行知行健康教育模式干预,可改善心理状况并维持在健康状态,提高希望水平和生活质量,减少不良反应。Objective To study and analyze the effects of knowledge-practice health education model on hope level,quality of life and cancer-related fatigue in patients with primary liver cancer.Methods A total of 110 patients with primary liver cancer who underwent interventional therapy were selected at Xi’an Ninth Hospital from July 2018 to June 2019.They were randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group with 55 patients in each group.The intervention group received knowledge-practice health education-based intervention besides routine intervention and the control group received routine intervention.The postoperative hope level,quality of life and the impact on cancer-related fatigue were compared between the two groups.Results Before the intervention,there was no difference in the scores of cancer-related fatigue(CRF)and quality of life(functional assessment of cancer therapy-lung,FACT-L)between the two groups(P>0.05).After the intervention,the hope level(Herth hope scale,HHS)score and FACT-L score were improved in the two groups,and the overall score of cancer-related fatigue were significantly lower and HHS and FACT-L scores were higher in the intervention group than in the control group(all P<0.05).The overall incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the intervention group than in the control in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of knowledge-practice health education model can significantly improve psychological status,maintain health,significantly improve hope level and quality of life,and reduce adverse reactions in patients with primary liver cancer.
