摘　　要：目的探讨3H护理模式对终末期肾病合并肾癌患者血液透析并发症、心理弹性及睡眠质量的影响。方法探讨2020年1月至2022年1月间延安大学附属医院收治的采取血液透析治疗的110例终末期肾病合并肾癌患者为研究对象,采用奇偶分配法分成对照组与观察组,每组55例,前者实施常规护理模式,后者实施3H护理模式。对比两组血液透析并发症发生率、心理弹性及睡眠质量评分情况。结果观察组并发症发生率为5.5%,低于对照组的21.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组心理弹性评分为(78.12±10.35)分,高于对照组的(65.34±9.23)分;睡眠质量评分为(6.18±1.67)分,低于对照组的(10.12±2.87)分,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论终末期肾病合并肾癌采取血液透析治疗的患者,通过3H护理模式,可减少并发症的发生,增强心理弹性,提高患者睡眠质量。Objective To investigate the effects of 3 H nursing mode on complications of hemodialysis, psychological resilience and sleep quality in patients with end-stage renal disease complicated with renal cancer. Methods From January 2020 to January 2022, 110 patients with end-stage renal disease combined with renal cancer who received hemodialysis treatment were selected at Yan’an University Affiliated Hospital. They were divided into an observation group and a control group by the odd-even allocation method for the study with 55 patients in each group. The control group was given regular nursing and the observation group was given 3 H nursing mode. The incidence of hemodialysis complications, psychological resilience and sleep quality scores were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications was 5.5% in the observation group, which was lower than 21.8% of the control group(P<0.05). Psychological resilience score was 78.12±10.35 in the observation group than which was higher than 65.34±9.23 in the control group and sleep quality score was 6.18±1.67 in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 10.12±2.87 of the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with end-stage renal disease and renal cancer who are treated with hemodialysis, the 3 H nursing model can reduce the incidence of complications, enhance psychological resilience, and improve sleep quality.
