牙根先脱位法拔除上颌超高位阻生第三磨牙1例

摘　　要：上颌“超高位”阻生第三磨牙位于第二磨牙根尖1/3以上,近上颌窦底,该类牙外科拔除操作难度大,风险高。本例采用牙根先脱位法拔除超高位阻生28,创伤小,避免了对邻牙及上颌窦损伤等并发症。The maxillary third molar is classified as position D when the lowest point of it is located at or above apical third of the root of second molar and near the maxillary sinus.This tooth extraction is difficult and risky.In this case,the"root removal first"strategy was applied to remove the impacted#28 in position D,which was less traumatic and reduced the complications of the adjacent teeth and maxillary sinus injury.
