摘　　要：本研究运用Rasch模型对跨文化能力测试初级试卷的质量开展分析。研究结果表明,该测试具有单维性,测量结果具有较高的可靠性。考生和试题适配较好,测试能够较好区分考生的跨文化能力水平。但是,少数题目由于难度偏低未达到理想的测试效果,须根据考试大纲修正。基于Rasch模型的测试质量分析能为跨文化能力测试的改进和优化提供一定参考。This study analyzes the elementary level of the Intercultural Competence Test(ICT) by applying the Rasch measurement model.The Rasch analysis shows that the ICT has unidimensionality and high reliability.The persons and items are fit into the models,indicating that the ICT can distinguish the intercultural competence of the persons.However,several items are found to be misfit as the result of moderately low difficulty,and should be further revised according to the test syllabus.The Rasch analysis can provide reference for the improvement and optimization of the ICT.
