乔达多胎红羊生产性能的研究

摘　　要：试验通过对乔达多胎红羊的生产性能进行研究,为该羊育种以及肉用多胎新种群的培育提供参考。试验按照公、母各半原则,随机选取成年羊100只、周岁羊100只、羔羊100只,测量其体重、体尺;随机选取成年羊30只、周岁羊30只、羔羊30只,对其进行宰前活重、胴体重、眼肌面积的测定,计算屠宰率。结果显示,乔达多胎红羊公羔的尾宽、尾厚显著高于母羔(P<0.05);乔达多胎红羊周岁公羊除体重和尾厚外的其他体尺指标均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),体重和尾厚显著高于母羊(P<0.05);乔达多胎红羊成年公羊除胸围外其他体尺及体重指标均极显著高于母羊(P<0.01),胸围显著高于母羊(P<0.05)。乔达多胎红羊公羊除尾长和尾厚指标外其余体尺指标均与体重呈显著正相关(P<0.05),乔达多胎红羊母羊的所有体尺指标均与体重指标呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。成年羊的屠宰率为52.72%,周岁羊的屠宰率为52.78%,羔羊的屠宰率为49.81%。研究表明,乔达多胎红羊作为新发现的地方多胎绵羊种群具有很强的研究潜力,可为新疆地方羊培育与改良做出一定贡献。Through the research on the production performance of Joda multiparous red sheep,the experiment provided reference for the breeding of the sheep and the breeding of new breeds of multiple-littery for meat.According to the principle of half male and half female,one hundred adult sheep,one hundred one-year-old sheep and one hundred lambs were randomly selected to measure their body weight and body size.And thirty adult sheep,thirty year-old sheep,thirty lambs were randomly selected,and their live weight,carcass weight,and eye muscle area were measured before slaughter,and the slaughter rate was calculated.The results showed that the tail width and thickness of male lambs of Joda multiparous red sheep were significantly higher than those of female lambs(P<0.05),except for the body weight and tail thickness,the other body size indexes of one-year-old male Joda multiparous red sheep were extremely higher than those of the female sheep(P<0.01),and the body weight and tail thickness were significantly higher than those of the female sheep(P<0.05).The body size and weight indexes of adult male Joda multiparous red sheep were extremely higher than those of ewes except chest circumference(P<0.01),and chest circumference was significantly higher than that of ewes(P<0.05).Except for tail length and tail thickness,all body size indexes of Joda multiparous red sheep rams were significantly and positively correlated with body weight(P<0.05),and all body size indexes of Joda multiparous red sheep ewes were extremely and positively correlated with body weight indexes(P<0.01).The slaughter rate of adult sheep was 52.72%,that of one-year-old sheep was 52.78%,and that of lamb was 49.81%.The study indicates that as a newly discovered local prolific sheep population,Joda multiparous red sheep has a strong research potential and can make certain contributions to the breeding and improvement of Xinjiang local sheep.
