摘  要:选取磷脂酶A1对光皮梾木果毛油进行酶法脱胶。采用单因素、正交试验分别探究了混合体系pH、加酶量、酶解温度和酶解时间对光皮梾木果油脱胶效果的影响。结果表明:光皮梾木果油酶法脱胶的最佳工艺参数为混合体系pH 5.4、加酶量80 mg/kg、脱胶时间4 h、脱胶温度50℃。在此条件下,光皮梾木果油的磷含量为20.42 mg/kg。The Swida wilsoniana oil was degummed using phospholipase A1.The effects of mixed system pH,enzyme dosage,enzymolysis temperature and enzymolysis time on degumming effect of Swida wilsonianaoil were studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that the optimal enzymatic degumming conditions were as follows:pH 5.4 of mixed system,enzyme dosage 80 mg/kg,enzymolysis time 4 h and enzymolysis temperature 50℃.Under these conditions,the phosphorus content of Swida wilsonianaoil was 20.42 mg/kg.
