摘　　要：目的:分析应用CEREC AC全瓷高嵌体对后牙残冠进行修复的临床效果。方法:选取2017年11月~2019年10月后牙残冠修复患者45例(患牙共计57颗),以CEREC AC全瓷高嵌体实施微创修复,观察治疗3个月、6个月、12个月后修复进展。结果:12个月随访显示,修复体固位率100.00%(57/57)。修复体评价显示,修复体B级合格率为98.25%(56/57)。结论:应用此种修复方式,可促进后牙残冠优质修复,应用效果良好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of using CEREC AC all-ceramic onlays to repair the residual crowns of posterior teeth.Methods:45 cases of posterior residual crown restoration patients(57 teeth in total)from November 2017 to October 2019 were selected for minimally invasive restoration with CEREC AC all-ceramic onlays.The progress of restoration was observed after treatment of 3months,6months and 12months.Results:12months follow-up showed that the retention rate of the prosthesis was 100.00%(57/57).The evaluation of restorations showed that the qualification rate of Class B restorations was 98.25%(56/57).Conclusion:The application of this restoration method can promote the high-quality restoration of the posterior residual crown with good application effect.
