摘 要:目的:探讨硬性喉镜与电子纤维喉镜在耳鼻喉科疾病患者中的应用。方法:选择2021年5月~2022年4月本院耳鼻喉科收治的164例患者,使用随机投掷法将其分为实验组和对照组,各82例,对照组采用电子纤维喉镜进行检查,实验组采用硬性喉镜进行检查,对比两组检查前后疼痛水平、检查过程中心率及动脉压,以及住院期间不良反应发生情况。结果:检查前两组患者疼痛水平无明显差异(P>0.05),检查中和检查后两组患者疼痛水平升高,且检查中疼痛水平上升明显(P<0.05),但实验组低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);检查前两组患者心率及动脉压均无明显差异(P>0.05),检查中和检查后两组心率及动脉压均升高,且检查中的心率及动脉压水平上升明显(P<0.05),但实验组低于对照组,差异明显(P<0.05);实验组不良反应发生率和对照组差异并不明显(P>0.05)。结论:硬性喉镜与电子纤维喉镜在耳鼻喉科疾病患者中,硬性喉镜能够改善患者疼痛程度,缓解心律及血压水平,两种方式安全性均较高。Objective:To investigate the application of rigid laryngoscope and electronic fiber laryngoscope in otorhinolaryngology patients.Methods:164 patients admitted to otorhinolaryngology department in our hospital from May 2021 to April 2022 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 82 cases in each group.The control group was examined with electronic fiber laryngoscope,and the experimental group was examined with rigid laryngoscope.The pain level before and after the examination,the central rate and arterial pressure during the examination,and the incidence of adverse reactions during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the pain level between the two groups before and after the examination(P>0.05).The pain level in the two groups increased during and after the examination,and the pain level increased significantly during the examination(P<0.05),but the experimental group was lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in heart rate and arterial pressure between the two groups before and after the examination(P>0.05).Heart rate and arterial pressure in the two groups increased during and after the examination,and the level of heart rate and arterial pressure in the examination increased significantly(P<0.05),but the experimental group was lower than the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Hard laryngoscope and electronic fiber laryngoscope can improve the degree of pain and relieve the level of heart rhythm and blood pressure in patients with otorhinolaryngological diseases.Both methods are safe.
