摘　　要：智慧服务平台在乡村治理领域运用,充分发挥了大数据介入分析的强势,在实践中取得了良好的效果。但因技术、人才及思想等方面尚未实现有效结合,导致出现了许多问题。故需要从脱离传统思想桎梏,树立智慧组织机构观、智慧管理服务观和智慧决策观;提升运营思维能力、信息处理能力、风险处理能力和采取人才本土化发展与人才引进相结合方式招揽人才等方面着手,完善乡村地区智慧服务平台的运行。The application of smart service platform in the field of rural governance gives full play to the strength of big data intervention analysis and has achieved good results in practice.However,due to the lack of effective cooperation in technology,talents and ideas,many problems have occurred.Therefore,it is necessary to break away from the shackles of traditional thought and set up the view of intelligent organization,intelligent management and service and intelligent decision-making.We need improve the operation thinking ability,information processing ability,risk handling ability and take the combination of talent localization development and talent introduction to attract talents,improve the operation of smart service platform in rural areas.
