摘 要:随着知识经济时代的到来和逐步深入,知识对于组织的重要性已然超过物力资本、财力资本和人力资本,成为企业技术创新最关键的资源。组织内部知识的有效传播需要彼此间的沟通、联系、信任以及拥有共同的价值观。本文基于资源基础理论、文化资本理论、知识管理理论和创新理论,借鉴“场”的思想,构建了企业家文化资本、知识螺旋与产品创新三者之间关系的理论模型,并利用统计软件SPSS20.0及AMOS22.0进行实证分析,检验三者之间的关系与知识螺旋的中介变量的作用。通过中国本土化数据实证研究,验证了企业家文化资本、知识螺旋、产品创新价值链三者之间的作用机理,丰富了文化资本理论、知识管理理论和创新理论。With the coming and gradual deepening of knowledge economy era,the importance of knowledge for the organization has exceeded material capital,financial capital,and human capital,and has become the most critical resource for enterprise technology innovation.The effective dissemination of knowledge within an organization requires communication,connection,trust and shared values.Based on resource-based theory,cultural capital theory,knowledge management theory and innovation theory,this paper draws on the idea of“field”to construct a theoretical model of the relationship among entrepreneurial cultural capital,knowledge spiral and product innovation,and uses statistical software SPSS20.0 and AMOS22.0 for empirical analysis to test the relationship between the three and the mediating effect of knowledge spiral.Through the empirical study of China's localization data,this paper verifies the mechanism of entrepreneurial cultural capital,knowledge spiral and product innovation value chain,and enriches the cultural capital theory,knowledge management theory and innovation theory.
