人文医学时代医院科室文化建设的路径研究——以广东省人民医院心外科为例

摘　　要：医院科室文化是科室赖以生存的力量源泉,广东省人民医院心外科开展科室文化建设,坚持人文医学的价值引领,更新科室文化建设内容,设置文化长廊;通过调查问卷了解职工心态,改善工作环境和就医环境,提高职工和患者满意度;创建院级“青年文明号”,调动党、工、团工作积极性,充分发挥青年员工潜能;成立流动白求恩医疗队,不定期下基层开展义诊和先心病筛查活动,并联合慈善基金会为穷困先心病患儿减免医疗费用;开展“我为群众办实事”、组织党员志愿者在门诊协助患者顺利就诊;制作公众号宣传科普常识,指引手术患者了解术前/术后相关知识,增强战胜疾病信心,取得良好效果。Hospital department culture is the source of strength for departments to survive,The Department of Cardiac Surgery of Guangdong Provincial People’s Hospital carried out the cultural construction of the department,adhered to the value guidance of humanistic medicine,updated the content of the cultural construction of the department,and set up a cultural corridor;through the questionnaire to understand the employees’mentality,improve the working environment and medical environment,and improve the satisfaction of employees and patients;Create a hospital-level“Youth Civilization Number”to mobilize the enthusiasm of the party,workers,and youth leagues,and give full play to the potential of young employees;set up a mobile Bethune medical team to carry out free clinics and congenital heart disease screening activities at the grassroots level from time to time,and cooperate with charitable foundations to help the poor Reduce medical expenses for children with congenital heart disease;carry out“I do practical things for the masses”,organize party members and volunteers to assist patients in outpatient clinics smoothly;create public accounts to publicize common sense of popular science,guide surgical patients to understand preoperative/postoperative related knowledge,and enhance disease victory Confidence to achieve good results.
