摘  要:随着经济技术的发展,抗菌药物滥用问题日益严峻,由此引起的耐药细菌和耐药基因的污染等问题也备受瞩目。综述了硝化污泥对不同类型抗菌药物的共代谢去除及氨氧化微生物(氨氧化细菌和氨氧化古菌)在抗菌药物共代谢过程中的作用,并总结了抗菌药物共代谢过程中耐药基因的归趋。最后,提出今后的研究重点及发展方向,以期为有效去除抗菌药物提供科学的理论依据。With the development of economy and technology,the problem of abuse of antimicrobial agents has become increasingly serious,and the pollution of drug-resistant bacteria and drug-resistant genes caused by it has also attracted much attention.The co-metabolic removal of different types of antimicrobial agents by nitrification sludge and the role of ammonia-oxidizing microorganisms(ammonia-oxidizing bacteria and ammonia-oxidizing archaea)in the process of antimicrobial co-metabolism were reviewed,and the trend of drug-resistant genes in the process of antimicrobial co-metabolism were summarized.Finally,the future research focus and development direction were put forward in order to provide scientific theoretical basis for the effective removal of antimicrobial agents.
