摘  要:2020年夏季和2021年冬季分两次对山西省11个地市的猪、鸡、牛、羊粪污进行采样,共采集样品178个,采用UPLC-MS/MS方法对粪污中15种兽药残留情况进行检测。共检出磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺二甲基嘧啶、磺胺甲氧哒嗪、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、达氟沙星、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、沙拉沙星10种兽药。猪粪中检出兽药种类为磺胺嘧啶、磺胺甲噁唑、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星,检出范围为0~22118.34μg/kg;鸡粪中检出兽药种类为磺胺二甲基嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、恩诺沙星、沙拉沙星,检出范围为0~5772.73μg/kg;牛粪中检出兽药种类为达氟沙星、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星,检出范围为0~1537.72μg/kg;羊粪中检出兽药种类为磺胺间甲氧嘧啶、诺氟沙星、环丙沙星、氧氟沙星、恩诺沙星,检出范围为0~561μg/kg;对猪、鸡、牛、羊粪污中兽药残留量进行分析,结果显示:猪粪兽药残留检出量高于鸡、牛、羊粪,差异极显著(P<0.01);氟喹诺酮类残留量高于磺胺类残留量,差异极显著(P<0.01),其中恩诺沙星检出量最高;南北部地市兽药残留检出量高,中部检出量低;猪、鸡、牛、羊规模化饲养场粪污中兽药残留检出量高于散户养殖场;冬季畜禽粪污中的兽药残留检出量高于夏季。A total of 178 samples were collected from pig,chicken,cow,and sheep manure in eleven prefectures of Shanxi province twice in the summer of 2020 and winter of 2021,and the residues of 15 veterinary drugs in the manure were detected by the UPLC-MS/MS method.A total of 10 veterinary drugs,sulfadiazine,sulfamethoxazole,sulfadimethazine,sulfamethoxypyridazine,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,dafloxacin,enrofloxacin,ofloxacin,and sarafloxacin,were detected.The types of antibacterial drugs detected in pig manure were sulfadiazine,sulfamethoxazole,sulfamethoxazole,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin and ofloxacin,with the detection range of 0~22118.34μg/kg;The types of antibacterial drugs detected in chicken manure were sulfadimethazine,sulfamethoxazole,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,enrofloxacin and sarafloxacin,with the detection range of 0~5772.73μg/kg;The types of antibacterial drugs detected in cow manure were dafufloxacin,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and enrofloxacin,with the detection range of 0~1537.72μg/kg;The types of antibacterial drugs detected in sheep manure were sulfamethoxine,norfloxacin,ciprofloxacin,ofloxacin and enrofloxacin,with the detection range of 0~561μg/kg;The residues of antibacterial drugs in pig,chicken,cow and sheep manure were analyzed,and the results showed that the residues of antibacterial drugs in pig manure were higher than those in chicken,cow and sheep manure,with very significant difference(P<0.01);The residues of fluoroquinolones were higher than those of sulfonamides,and the difference was extremely significant(P<0.01),Among them,the detection amount of enrofloxacin was the highest;the detection amount of veterinary drug residues was high in prefectures and cities in the north and south,and low in the middle;the detection amount of veterinary drug residues in manure of large-scale feeding farms of pigs,chickens,cattle,and sheep was higher than that of retail farms;and the detection amount of veterinary drug residues in livestock and poultry manure detected in winter was higher
