摘 要:目的:掌握保山市辖区内饮用水厂灌装车间的空气洁净度情况,为日常监管提供参考。方法:依据《洁净室施工及验收规范》(GB 50591—2010),对保山市49间饮用水厂灌装车间进行沉降菌、悬浮粒子、静压差、风速、温度、相对湿度、照度和噪声进行静态检测。按照《洁净厂房设计规范》(GB 50073—2013)、《医院洁净手术部建筑技术规范》(GB 50333—2013)和《饮料生产许可审查细则(2017版)》要求,对沉降菌、悬浮粒子、静压差进行评价。结果:沉降菌合格率为98%,粒径≥0.5μm和≥5μm的悬浮粒子合格率分别为94%、90%;静压差合格率为75%。结论:保山市饮用水厂应提高灌装车间空气洁净度水平。建议有关部门出台适宜的评价标准,规范饮用水厂灌装车间,保证饮用水产品质量安全。Objective:To test and investigate the air cleanliness in filling workshops of drinking water plants in Baoshan,and provide reference for daily supervision.Method:Field sampling method was adopted,and static examinations of setting microbe,airborne particles,static pressure difference,air velocity,temperature,relative humidity,illumination and sound level in 49 filling workshops of drinking water plants in Baoshan were conducted according to GB 50591—2010.According to GB 50073—2013,GB 50333—2013 and Beverage Production Permit Detailed Rules(2017 Edition),the setting microbe,airborne particles and static pressure difference were evaluated.Result:The qualified rate of setting microbe was 98%.The qualified rate of airborne particles≥0.5μm and≥5μm were 94%and 90%,respectively.The qualified rate of static pressure difference was 75%.Conclusion:The level of air cleanliness in filling workshops of drinking water plants in Baoshan should be further improved.Related departments should formulate appropriate evaluation criteria as soon as possible,and improve the cleanliness level of water plant filling workshop to ensure the quality and safety of drinking water products.
