摘  要:目的:建立临泽小枣无机元素指纹图谱,评价其元素富集规律,确定溯源产地的主要特征元素。方法:先对临泽小枣试样进行消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法对临泽小枣中15种无机元素进行了定量测定,并绘制标准曲线,得出无机元素的回归方程及相关系数,采用SAS 8.0分析工具对结果进行化学计量学分析。结果:建立了临泽小枣的无机元素指纹图谱,根据向量相似法计算指纹图谱之间的相似度均在0.9以上,表明所构建的元素指纹图谱具有一定的有效性,表明各产区小枣主要元素成分相同,含量存在差异。应用PCA选出3个主因子,得出Ag、Al、Au、Ba、Cr贡献率对整体元素富集最大。结论:通过对临泽小枣无机元素指纹图谱的分析,明确了临泽小枣元素成分的均一性,了解了各元素的富集规律,元素整体评价提供研究基础。Objective:To establish the fingerprint of inorganic elements in Linze jujube,evaluate the enrichment regularity of elements,and determine the main characteristic elements in the traceability origin.Method:First,the sample of Linze jujube was digested,and 15 inorganic elements in Linze jujube were quantitatively determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The standard curve was drawn,and the regression equation and correlation coefficient of inorganic elements were obtained.The results were analyzed by SAS 8.0.Result:The fingerprint of inorganic elements of Linze jujube was established.The similarity between the fingerprints calculated by vector similarity method was more than 0.9,which showed that the fingerprint of elements constructed had certain validity,and the main elements of jujube in different production areas were the same,but the content was different.Three main factors were selected by PCA,and it was concluded that Al,Co,Cr,La,Fe contributed the most to the overall element enrichment.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the fingerprint of inorganic elements in Linze jujube,the homogeneity of the elements in Linze jujube was clarified,the enrichment rule of each element was understood,and the overall evaluation of the elements provided a research basis.
