摘  要:为实现区域生态安全保护与城市群可持续发展,推动城市群空间生态安全格局构建,首先,采用压力-状态-响应(pressure-state-response, PSR)模型建立城市生态安全指标体系,计算城市生态安全指数评估城市生态安全水平;在此基础上,结合城市综合质量和生态安全指数改进引力模型,构建城市群引力网络,结合城市间交通网络(铁路客运网络、公路客运网络)及信息网络全面表征城市间联系强度,构建城市群多维空间联系网络;最后,选取城市群网络密度、凝聚子群和度数中心度3个指标,从“整体-子网络-节点”三方面全方位分析城市群网络结构特征,并以关中平原城市群为例进行研究。结果表明:关中平原城市群生态安全整体等级不高,生态安全最高等级为临界安全级,已达预警状态,生态安全状况对关中平原城市群发展起约束作用,是城市群空间网络结构变动的重要影响因素;考虑生态安全约束的关中平原城市群综合网络空间联系格局是以西安市为中心的扇形网状格局;关中平原城市群整体网络密度较低,城市间联系不均衡,城市群网络整体呈现以西安市为中心、咸阳市为副中心的“核心-边缘”结构特征。基于研究结果对关中平原城市群提出3点发展建议:(1)提高生态环境治理投资,增加环境治理投资占GDP比重;(2)补齐单个交通网络发展短板,完善整个交通网络的结构;(3)定位边缘城市特色功能,强化非核心城市之间互动。In order to realize the protection of regional ecological security and the sustainable development of urban agglomerations, and promote the construction of the spatial ecological security pattern of urban agglomerations, firstly, the PSR model was used to establish the urban ecological security index system, and the urban ecological security index was calculated to evaluate the city ecological security level. On this basis, combined with the improved gravitational model of comprehensive quality of the city and the ecological security index, a gravitational network of urban agglomerations was built. The strength of inter-city connection were characterized comprehensively in combination with the inter-city transportation network(railway passenger network, highway passenger transportation network) and information network, a multi-dimensional spatial connection network of urban agglomerations was built. Finally, three indicators of urban agglomeration network density, agglomerated subgroups and degree centrality were selected to analyze the network structure characteristics of urban agglomerations from the three aspects of “whole-sub-network-node”, the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration was taken as an example. The results show that the overall level of ecological security of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration is not high, and the highest ecological security level is the critical safety level, which has reached the early warning state. The ecological security status has a restrictive effect on the development of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration, and is an important factor affecting the changes in the spatial network structure of the urban Agglomeration. Considering the ecological security constraints, the comprehensive network spatial connection pattern of the Guanzhong Plain Urban Agglomeration is a fan-shaped network pattern centered on Xi’an.
