摘  要:为增强环式拌胶机水冷系统散热性能,提高刨花施胶效果,采用理论分析与数值模拟相结合的方法,建立环式拌胶机温度场模型,研究分析了环式拌胶机机壳腔内温度场分布特征及水冷系统主要结构参数对其散热性能的影响,并对水冷系统结构进行改进设计。结果表明:环式拌胶机从进料口到出料口的温升逐渐增大;增大搅拌主轴中冷却管的厚度与内径及机壳中的肋片厚度,水冷散热性能均呈现先增强后下降的趋势,增加机壳中肋片数量可使水冷散热性能逐渐增强,但其增强趋势随肋片数量的增加不断减弱;改进设计机壳水冷系统结构,其散热效果提升了7%以上。研究结果可为环式拌胶机的进一步优化提供理论依据。In order to improve the heat dissipation performance of the water cooling system of the ring blender and to improve the sizing effect of wood shavings,combining theory with numerical simulation,the temperature field model of the ring blender was established,the temperature field distribution in the shell cavity of the ring blender and the influence of the main structural parameters of the water cooling system on the heat dissipation performance was studied,and the structure of the water cooling system was improved.The results indicated that the temperature rise increases gradually from the feed port to the discharge port.By increasing the thickness and the inner diameter of cooling pipe and the fin thickness of the shell,the cooling performance of water increased and then decreased.Increasing the number of fins of the shell could gradually enhance the cooling performance,the enhancement trend was continuously weakened with the increasing number of fins.Thanks to the improved design of water cooling system in the shell,the dissipation performance increased by more than 7%.The results provided a theoretical basis for the further optimization design of the ring blender.
