循环经济模式下废旧人造板家具生态利用重构策略研究

摘　　要：循环经济强调有效利用资源和保护环境,是国际社会推进可持续发展的实践模式。针对目前废旧人造板家具极少回收造成资源浪费和环境压力等问题,通过对循环经济模式下废旧人造板家具生态利用进行资料整理,分析了国内外废旧人造板家具回收现状及问题,并以重构理论为基础,从时间重构(产品生命周期)、市场重构(家具回收市场)、资源重构(家具资源分类和创新再开发)三个层面,对废旧人造板家具生态利用进行了探讨,同时提出了相应重构策略。结果表明:可以在延长人造板家具产品生命周期、细化家具回收市场、创新材料再利用加工技术等方面进行生态改善和领域拓展。本文通过循环经济、生态设计和重构理论综合研究对中国家具行业可持续发展提供策略建议,同时对全球家具行业可持续发展起到一定的参考价值。Circular economy is a practical model for the international community to promote sustainable development that emphasizes the most efficient use of resources and protection of the environment.In view of the problems of resource waste and environmental pressure caused by almost no recycling of waste wood-based panel furniture at present,the current situation and problems of waste wood-based panel furniture recycling at home and abroad by sorting out data on the ecological utilization of waste wood-based panel furniture under the circular economy model were analyzed.Based on the reconstruction theory,from the three levels of time reconstruction(product life cycle),market reconstruction(furniture recycling market),and resource reconstruction(furniture resource classification and innovation and redevelopment),the theme of ecological utilization of waste wood-based panel furniture was discussed.Meanwhile,the corresponding development strategies were also put forward.The results showed that the ecological improvement and field expansion could be realized by extending the life cycle of wood-based panel furniture products,refining the furniture recycling market,and innovating material reuse processing technology.The comprehensive strategy research on the recycling and utilization of waste wood-based panel furniture and the theory of circular economy,ecological design and reconstruction can improve the sustainable development of China's furniture industry,and also play a certain reference value for the sustainable development of the global furniture industry.
