摘　　要：目的探讨MGMT和p-ERK在恶性黑色素瘤组织中的表达及其在恶性黑色素瘤中的临床病理价值。方法根据恶性黑色素瘤组织中p-ERK和MGMT免疫组化检测表达的评分结果,将恶性黑色素瘤患者分组,分析恶性黑色素瘤组织中p-ERK和MGMT的表达与恶性黑色素瘤患者临床病理因素(年龄、性别、病理类型、分化程度、肿瘤大小、病理分级分期、淋巴结转移)的关系。结果48例恶性黑色素瘤患者分为p-ERK和MGMT均阳性组(19例)、p-ERK阳性和MGMT阴性组(11例)、p-ERK阴性和MGMT阳性组(1例)、p-ERK和MGMT均阴性组(17例)4组。p-ERK与MGMT在恶性黑色素瘤组织中的表达水平呈正相关,p-ERK和MGMT的表达与恶性黑色素瘤的病理分级分期、淋巴结转移不具相关性(P>0.05)。结论恶性黑色素瘤组织中p-ERK与MGMT的表达水平呈正相关,p-ERK与MGMT的表达可能参与了恶性黑色素瘤的恶性进展。Objective To investigate the expression of MGMT and p-ERK in malignant melanoma and their clinicopathological significance.Methods Patients with malignant melanoma were divided into groups according to the score of p-ERK and MGMT expression in the tissue of malignant melanoma,to analyze the relationship between the expression of p-ERK and MGMT and clinicopathologic factors(age,sex,pathological type,differentiation,tumor size,pathological grade and stage,lymph node metastasis)in patients with malignant melanoma.Results 48 patients with malignant melanoma were divided into 4 groups:both p-ERK and MGMT Positive Group(19 cases),p-ERK positive and MGMT negative group(11 cases),p-ERK negative and MGMT positive group(1 Case),both p-ERK and MGMT negative group(17 cases).The expression levels of Perk and MGMT in malignant melanoma were positively correlated,but the expression levels of p-ERK and MGMT were not correlated with the stage and stage of malignant melanoma and the clinicopathological features of lymph node metastasis(P>0.05).Conclusion The Expression Level of p-ERK and MGMT in malignant melanoma is positively correlated.The expression of p-ERK and MGMT may be involved in the malignant progression of malignant melanoma.
