摘　　要：目的探讨PD1在胃癌组织中的表达及其临床价值。方法选择胃癌患者30例作为研究组,并选择相同时间健康体检人员作为对照组,对2组胃黏膜组织及胃癌组织的PD1表达水平进行检测,并对检测结果进行统计分析。结果对照组胃黏膜组织中PD1无阳性表达;研究组胃癌组织中PD1阳性表达率为86.7%,2组PD1表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过数值分析,发现PD1与临床病理特征没有直接的相关性(P>0.05)。结论PD1表达水平可作为对胃癌组织诊断的指标,具有很高的诊断价值。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical value of PD1 in gastric cancer.Methods Thirty patients with gastric cancer were selected.The control group were healthy physical examination personnel,and the research group were gastric cancer patients.The expression level of PD1 in gastric cancer tissues of the 2 groups was detected,and the detection results were statistically analyzed.Results The control group was a healthy population,so there was no expression of PD1 in gastric mucosa.In the study group,the positive expression rate of PD1 was 86.7%,there had significant difference between the 2 groups(P<0.05).There was no direct correlation between PD1 and clinicopathological features(P>0.05).Conclusion PD1 expression level can be used for clinical diagnosis and prognosis assessment of gastric cancer tissue,providing theoretical basis and reference value for clinical diagnosis,and has high diagnostic value.
