食管癌中Cdh1蛋白的表达与临床病理特征的相关性

摘　　要：目的观察分析食管癌中Cdh1蛋白(上皮型钙黏蛋白)的表达与临床病理特征的相关性。方法选取72例食管癌患者的食管癌组织作为实验组,其癌旁组织作为对照组。采用统计学分析2组组织中Cdh1蛋白表达(采用免疫组织化学和实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应)及其与临床病理特征的相关性。结果实验组Cdh1蛋白表达阳性率低于对照组(P<0.05)。Cdh1蛋白表达与食管癌患者的年龄、肿瘤位置、性别等无相关性(P>0.05),Cdh1蛋白表达与患者的淋巴结转移、TNM分期和浸润程度密切相关(P<0.05);Cdh1蛋白表达与患者的生存时间有直接性的关系(P<0.05)。结论食管癌组织中Cdh1蛋白的表达呈下降趋势,与患者的淋巴结转移以及TNM分期和浸润程度等病理特征密切相关。Objective To observe and analyze the correlation between the expression of Cdh1 protein(epithelial cadherin)and clinicopathological features in esophageal cancer.Methods The esophageal cancer tissues of 72 patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the experimental group,and the adjacent tissues were used as the control group.The expression of Cdh1 protein(immunohistochemistry and real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction)in the 2 groups and its correlation with clinicopathological features were statistically analyzed.Results The positive rate of Cdh1 protein expression in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no correlation between Cdh1 protein expression and age,tumor location,gender of esophageal cancer patients(P>0.05),but Cdh1 protein expression was closely related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and invasion degree(P<0.05).The expression of Cdh1 protein was directly related to the survival time of patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of Cdh1 protein in esophageal cancer tissues shows a downward trend,which is closely related to lymph node metastasis,TNM stage and degree of invasion and other pathological features.
