胃癌根治术后COL10A1血清表达与其复发转移及远期预后的相关性

摘　　要：目的探讨胃癌根治术后COL10A1血清表达与其复发转移及远期预后的相关性。方法选取收治的胃癌根治术后患者62例。采用ELISA法检测血清COL10A1表达水平及分析其与复发转移及患者远期预后的关系。结果血清COL10A1水平与年龄、组织学类型、脉管浸润无关(P均>0.05),与TNM分期有关(P均<0.05),即TNM分期Ⅲ期患者血清COL10A1表达水平显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期(P均<0.05)。复发转移组血清COL10A1表达水平明显高于生存组(P均<0.05)。死亡组血清COL10A1表达水平明显高于生存组(P均<0.05)。结论COL10A1血清表达与其复发转移及患者远期预后有关,具有一定的临床价值。Objective To investigate the correlation of COL10A1 serum expression with disease recurrence and metastasis and long-term prognosis of patients after radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 62 patients with gastric cancer after radical operation were selected.The expression level of serum COL10A1 was detected by ELISA and its relationship with disease recurrence and metastasis and the long-term prognosis of patients were analyzed.Results Serum COL10A1 level was not related to age,histological type,and vascular invasion(all P>0.05),but was related to TNM stage(all P<0.05),that is,the expression level of serum COL10A1 in patients with TNM stageⅢwas significantly higher than that in stageⅠ~Ⅱ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum COL10A1 in the recurrence and metastasis group was significantly higher than that in the survival group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The expression level of serum COL10A1 in the death group was significantly higher than that in the survival group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum expression of COL10A1 is related to disease recurrence and metastasis and the long-term prognosis of patients,and has certain clinical value.
