摘　　要：甘薯产量高、种植面积广,含有丰富的营养物质,具有良好饲用价值。甘薯块根部分淀粉含量较多,可作为能量饲料使用;甘薯茎叶蛋白质含量丰富,可作为畜禽饲料良好蛋白质来源;青贮加工后能提高饲用价值;加工副产品价格低廉,具有良好利用潜能。本文总结了不同甘薯产品的营养成分、有效能等研究,及其在畜禽生产中的应用,为甘薯饲用研发和应用提供重要参考。Sweet potato has high yield,wide planting area,rich in nutrients and good feeding value.The starch content in the root of sweet potato is high,which can be used as energy feed.The protein content in the stem and leaf of sweet potato is rich,which can be used as a good protein source of livestock and poultry feed.The feeding value of sweet potato silage can be increased after processing.Sweet potato processing byproducts are cheap and have good utilization potential.In this paper,the nutritive composition and available energy of different sweet potato products were summarized,and their application in livestock and poultry were reviewed,aimed to provide reference for the development and application of sweet potato feeding.
