摘 要:以毛白杨(Populus tomentosa)板材为研究对象,以预热处理时间和压缩时间为变量制备单侧表层压缩木,并进行热处理减小回弹,采用水性UV漆对压缩表面进行涂饰处理后,评价其漆膜性能。结果表明:经过预热处理和延长压缩时间,试件剖面密度峰值与压缩表面距离增大,表层密度减小;试件的漆膜抗落球冲击性能、漆膜附着力和漆膜硬度亦减小,压缩时间对漆膜耐磨性有显著影响;热处理未对单侧表层压缩木的漆膜性能产生不利影响。单侧表层压缩木的漆膜性能指标均达到GB/T 15036—2009《实木地板技术要求》中优等实木地板的等级要求。综合考虑涂饰性能和成本因素,建议设置预热处理时间为0 s(不预热处理),压缩时间为60 s时,制得试件的漆膜磨损量为0.1203 g,抗落球冲击压痕直径为10.155 mm,漆膜附着力和硬度分别为0级和4H。Polulus tomentosa sawn timber were densified with different preheating time and compression time,and heat treatment was performed to reduce spring-back.Then the unilaterally surface-densified wood were coated with the water-based UV paint.The properties of the paint film were evaluated.The results showed that after preheating treatment and with the increase of compression time,the distance between the peak density of the specimen and the compression surface gradually increased,while the density of the surface layer decreased gradually.The impact resistance to falling balls,the adhesion property,and the hardness of the paint film were also reduced.The compression time has a significant effect on the wear resistance of the paint film.The heat treatment does not adversely affect the performance of the unilaterally surface-densified wood paint film.The above performance properties all reach the standard of the high-quality solid wood floor specified in GB/T 15036—2009"Technical Requirements for Solid Wood Flooring".To optimize the coating performance and costs,it was recommended to set the preheating time at 0 s(no preheating)and the compression time at 60 s.The wear amount of the paint film was 0.1203 g;the diameter of the anti-falling ball impact indentation was 10.155 mm;the adhesion and hardness of the paint film were grade 0 and 4H,respectively.
