摘 要:目的:探讨动机性访谈干预配合阶段性教育对乳腺癌根治术患者的影响。方法:选取2020年5月1日~2021年5月31日120例行乳腺癌根治术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各60例,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施动机性访谈干预配合阶段性教育,比较两组干预效果。结果:观察组干预后汉密顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分低于对照组(P<0.05),Herth希望量表(HHI)评分高于对照组(P<0.01);两组干预后健康调查简表(SF-36)中总体健康、生理功能、角色功能、情感职能评分高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后SF-36中躯体功能、社会功能评分高于干预前(P<0.05),观察组干预后SF-36中总体健康、生理功能、角色功能、情感职能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:动机性访谈干预配合阶段性教育可有效改善乳腺癌根治术患者的不良情绪,提升希望水平和生活质量,减少并发症。Objective:To explore the effect of motivational interview intervention combined with stage educationin patients undergoing radical mastectomy for breast cancer.Methods:A total of 120 patients with breast cancer after radical resection admitted during May 1,2020 to May 31,2021 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group with 60 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received motivational interview intervention combined with stage education intervention.Intervention effect was compared between the two groups.Results:The HAMA and HAMD scores were lower after intervention in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).The HHI scores were higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After intervention,in the health survey profiles(SF-36)the overall health,physical function,role function,emotional function scores were higher in both groups than those before the intervention(P<0.05),in the SF-36,the physical function and social function scores were higher in the observation group after the intervention than those before intervention(P<0.05),in SF-36 the overall health,physical function,role function,and emotional function scores were higher in the observation group after the intervention than those in the control group(P<0.05);The incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Motivational interview intervention combined with stage education can effectively improve the negative emotions in patients after radical breast cancer surgery,improve the level of hope,improve the quality of life,and reduce complications.
