摘 要:目的:探讨肿瘤药物敏感基因检测在晚期胃癌个体化化疗中的临床应用。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月南通市通州区人民医院收治的晚期胃癌患者60例为观察对象,采用随机数字表法分为基因检测组和常规化疗组,各30例。基因检测组通过采用药物敏感基因检测,包括DPYD、XRCC1、GSTP1、UGT1A1四个基因,制定个体化化疗方案;常规化疗组采用中国临床肿瘤学会指南推荐常规方案进行化疗。比较两组患者近期疗效及不良反应情况。结果:基因检测组疾病控制率高于常规化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者均未发生死亡事件,基因检测组中性粒细胞及血小板减少例数低于常规化疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肿瘤药物敏感基因检测指导下的个体化化疗较传统常规化疗疗效显著,且能够减少不良反应。Objective:To explore the clinical application of tumor drug sensitive gene detection in individualized chemotherapy of advanced gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with advanced gastric cancer who were admitted to Tongzhou District People's Hospital of Nantong City from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the observation objects.They were divided into gene detection group and routine chemotherapy group according to random digital number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The gene detection group developed individualized chemotherapy scheme by using drug sensitive gene detection,including four genes:DPYD,XRCC1,GSTP1 and UGT1A1.The routine chemotherapy group used the conventional scheme recommended by Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology guidelines for chemotherapy.The short-term efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results:The disease control rate of gene detection group was higher than that of routine chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No death events occurred in two groups.The number of cases with neutropenia and thrombocytopenia in gene detection group was lower than that in routine chemotherapy group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Individualized chemotherapy guided by tumor drug sensitive gene detection is more effective than conventional chemotherapy,and can reduce some adverse reactions.
