角膜塑形镜对青少年近视患者眼视力及生物测量参数的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年近视患者应用角膜塑形镜的效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2021年12月新疆乌鲁木齐市眼耳鼻喉专科医院收治的青少年近视患者100例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予以框架眼镜矫正,观察组予以角膜塑形镜矫正。比较两组患者不同时期的眼视力、生物测量参数及不良反应发生率。结果:戴镜1、3、6个月后,观察组眼视力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。戴镜后,观察组眼轴长度、前房深度、角膜厚度、角膜曲率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:青少年近视患者佩戴角膜塑形镜效果显著,可有效改善患者眼部视力和生物测量参数,且戴镜安全性较高。Objective:To explore the application effect of corneal plastic lens in juvenile myopia patients.Methods:A total of 100 juvenile myopia patients admitted to Urumqi Eye,Ear,Nose,Throat Specialist Hospital of Xinjiang were selected from January 2020 to December 2021.They were divided into control group and observation group according to random digital number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was corrected by frame glasses,and the observation group was corrected by corneal plastic lens.The visual acuity,biometric parameters and the incidence of adverse reactions at different time points were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1,3,6 months of wearing glasses/lens,the visual acuity of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The axial length,anterior chamber depth,corneal thickness and corneal curvature of the observation group after wearing glasses were lower than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wearing corneal plastic lens has significant effect in juvenile myopia patients,it can effectively improve the patient's visual acuity and biometric parameters,and it is safe to wear.
