摘　　要：华东理工大学秉承“勤奋求实,励志明德”的校训,从机制、保障和制度等方面全方位着力,以学生综合能力跃升为目标,打造了“爱学、能学、会学”的“学在华理”生态,深入开展教育教学改革,加速推进高等教育向数字化转型,创新育人机制,培养时代英才,取得了良好的育人实效。East China University of Science and Technology adheres to the school motto of "being diligent and realistic, inspirational and moral". Focus on the construction of mechanisms, guarantees and systems, aiming at improving students’ comprehensive ability, the university has created an atmosphere in which students are willing to learn, the university provides good learning conditions and students have learning ability. The university has carried out education and teaching reforms, accelerated the transformation of higher education to digitalization, innovated the mechanism of education and teaching, and cultivated talents of the times. Good education results have been achieved.
