摘 要:在生态文明理念下,解决化工产业发展出现的环境问题,培养具有生态环境法制观念的化工类复合型人才,是高校环境法教育面临的新课题。文章以华东理工大学化工类专业环境法教育为例,主张明确人才培养目标,设计具有针对性的课程内容,改革环境法教学方式,培养跨学科教学师资队伍,进而探索满足社会需求的具有环境法制观念的复合型化工人才的培养路径。Under the concept of ecological civilization, it is a new task for the environmental law education in colleges and universities to solve the environmental problems that accompany the development of chemical industry and cultivate the compound talents of chemical industry with the concept of ecological environment and legal system. Taking the environmental law education of chemical engineering in East China University of Science and Technology as an example, this paper advocates to clarify the training objectives of talents, design targeted course contents, reform the teaching methods of environmental law, train interdisciplinary teaching staff, and then explore the training path of compound chemical talents with environmental legal concept to meet social needs.
