摘 要:以某双离合变速器挡位齿轮为研究对象,基于全因子设计方法,以不同工况下传递误差峰峰值的加权平均值作为优化目标,对齿轮进行三维综合修形;建立各齿轮微观修形的数学模型,进行参数敏感性分析,考虑到多因素之间的交互作用,将多维图形降维成多组三维图形观测,得到最佳的齿轮微观修形容差范围。经试验验证,齿轮微观参数容差范围合理并且满足NVH性能要求。In this paper,the gear of a dual clutch transmission is taken as the research object.Based on the fullfactor design method,the weighted average value of transmission error peak-to-peak value under different working conditions is taken as the optimization objective to carry out three-dimensional comprehensive modification of the gear.The mathematical model of the microscopic parameters of each gear is established,and the sensitivity analysis of the parameters is carried out.Considering the interaction between multiple factors,the dimensional reduction of the multidimensional graph is made into multiple groups of three-dimensional graph observation,so as to obtain the optimal range of microscopic repair description error of the gear.The test proves that the tolerance range of gear microparameters is reasonable and meets NVH performance requirements.
