摘 要:托辊是带式输送机的主要承载部件,受机械结构、工作环境和运行工况等众多因素的影响,目前托辊旋转阻力的测量手段尚不能进行现场环境测试。提出了一种能够对托辊旋转阻力进行动态在线测量的测试方法,以待测托辊轴两端安装的静态扭矩传感器测量旋转阻力引起的扭矩,通过后续公式可以计算出旋转阻力。搭建的试验台能够真实模拟带式输送机的结构和工况,并进行了分析验证。结果表明:托辊旋转阻力与托辊直径并无明显的规律关系,但它会随环境温度的降低而增大,随输送带速度的增加而增大,随载荷的增加而增大,具有较高推广价值。The roller is the main load bearing part of a belt conveyor.The measurement method of the roller rotational resistance could not be realized in the working field due to the influence of many factors such as mechanical structure,working environment and operating conditions.In this paper,a dynamic online measurement method of the roller rotational resistance is proposed.The torque caused by rotation resistance is measured by static torque sensors installed at both ends of the roller shaft,and the rotational resistance can be calculated.The test bench built can simulate the structure and working condition of a belt conveyor,and the analysis and verification are carried out.The results show that the roller rotational resistance has no obvious relation with the roller diameter,but it will increase with the decrease of ambient temperature,the increase of conveyor belt speed and load,which has high application value.
