成都市某区高中生艾滋病知识认知情况调查分析

摘　　要：目的了解成都市某区高中生艾滋病知识知晓情况,为修订完善中学生艾滋病健康教育体系提供参考依据。方法采用分层抽样对成都市某区1347名高中生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS 23.0统计软件对数据进行χ2检验等。结果被调查的1347名学生对国艾办制定的“新国八条”知晓率为75.7%,远低于国家95.0%的目标;不同年级和不同关注程度对艾滋病知识知晓率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);学生对艾滋病流行趋势知晓率较低(60.2%);对艾滋病非传播途径知晓率有待提升,仅有53.0%的学生知晓唾液不会传播艾滋病;学生获取艾滋病知识的主要途径为成都市学校安全教育平台(82.0%),通过同伴、家庭获取艾滋病知识的比例较低(29.1%、35.6%)。结论成都市该区高中生艾滋病知识知晓率低于国家要求,应以学生需求为导向采取多样化的教育方式来加强艾滋病宣传。成都市学校安全教育平台在艾滋病教育中发挥了重要作用,值得广泛推广。Objective To understand the awareness of AIDS knowledge among senior high school students in a district of Chengdu City,so as to provide references for revising and improving AIDS health education among middle school students.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,347 senior high school students in a district of Chengdu City by stratified sampling,and SPSS 23.0 statistical software was used to perform chisquare test on the data.Results The awareness rate of 1,347 students surveyed on the“national eight articles”formulated by the National AIDS Office was 75.7%,far lower than the national target of 95%.There were significant differences in the awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among different grades and different degrees of concern(P<0.01).The students’awareness of the epidemic trend of AIDS was low(60.2%).The awareness rate of non transmission routes of AIDS was needed to be improved,and only 53.0%of the students knew that saliva would not transmit AIDS.The main way for students to acquire AIDS knowledge was the School Safety Education Platform in Chengdu City(82.0%),and the proportions of students to acquire AIDS knowledge through peers and families were low(29.1%,35.6%).Conclusion The awareness rate of AIDS knowledge among senior high school students in this district of Chengdu City is lower than the national requirement.We should take diversified education methods to strengthen AIDS publicity based on students’needs.The Chengdu School Safety Education Platform plays an important role in AIDS education and is worth popularizing.
