摘　　要：韩国高等教育国际化主要受到加入世界贸易组织和新自由主义高等教育改革的驱动、教育服务贸易逆差的驱动和人口老龄化的驱动。通过留学韩国计划、21世纪智慧韩国计划、世界一流大学计划、课程国际化、鼓励设立外国分校等国际化政策,韩国高等教育国际化取得了丰硕的成果,但也面临如何协调效率与公平、数量与质量、干预与自治等挑战。Internationalization of higher education in South Korea is mainly moved by Accession to the WTO,neoliberalism-oriented innovation of higher education,adverse balance of education service trade and the aging of population.Through internationalization policies like Study Korea Project,Brain Korea 21 Project,WCU Project,internationalization of curricula and encouraging to establish branch campus,the internationalization of higher education in South Korea obtained fruitful achievements.But there still exist many challenges like how to coordinate efficiency and fairness,quantity and quality,intervention and autonomy and etc..
