闭环式管理模式提升介入手术室护士手术配合能力的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨闭环式管理模式提升介入手术室护士手术配合能力的作用。方法采用前瞻性研究,以河南省胸科医院介入手术室实施闭环式管理模式时间为节点。采用便利抽样法,选取2020年1—12月在河南省胸科医院介入手术室接受介入治疗的246例冠心病患者为研究对象。将2020年1—6月实施闭环式管理模式前接受治疗的患者设为对照组,将2020年7—12月实施闭环式管理模式后接受治疗的患者设为观察组,各123例。实施闭环式管理模式前后介入手术室护士均为13名。对照组行常规手术室管理模式,观察组在对照组基础上行闭环式管理模式。比较实施前后介入手术室的护士交接时间、考核成绩以及患者手术配合能力。结果实施闭环式管理模式后介入手术室护士专科理论知识得分为(92.55±4.04)分,专科护理质量得分为(94.21±3.47)分,高于实施前的(88.20±5.15)、(89.36±7.61)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组护士的手术配合能力优良率为98.37%(121/123),高于对照组的92.68%(114/123),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实施闭环式管理模式后介入手术室护士交接时间为(1.56±0.54)min,实施前交接时间为(2.57±1.52)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论闭环式管理模式可有效提升护士手术配合能力,提高护士专科理论知识和护理质量。Objective To explore the effect of closed-loop management model on the improvement of operation cooperation ability of nurses in Intervention Operating Room.Methods A prospective study was conducted,and the time of implementing closed-loop management model in the Interventional Operating Room of Henan Chest Hospital was taken as the node.From January to December 2020,the convenient sampling was used to select 246 patients with coronary heart disease who received interventional treatment in the Interventional Operating Room of Henan Chest Hospital as the research objects.The patients who were treated before the implementation of the closed-loop management model from January to June 2020 were set as the control group,and the patients who were treated after the implementation of the closed-loop management model from July to December 2020 were set as the observation group,with 123 cases in each group.There were 13 nurses in the Interventional Operating Room before and after the implementation of closed-loop management mode.The control group received conventional Operating Room management mode,while the observation group received closed-loop management mode on the basis of the control group.The handover time of nurses,assessment results and patients'surgical cooperation ability were compared before and after the implementation of Interventional Operating Room.Results After the implementation of closed-loop management model,the scores of specialized theoretical knowledge and nursing quality of Interventional Operating Room nurses were(92.55±4.04)and(94.21±3.47),which were higher than(88.20±5.15)and(89.36±7.61)before the implementation,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good cooperation rate of nurses in the observation group was 98.37%(121/123),which was higher than 92.68%(114/123)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The handover time of nurses in Interventional Operating Room was(1.56±0.54)min after the implementation of closed-loo
