经腋窝皱襞单孔全腔镜乳腺肿物切除术治疗良性乳腺肿瘤的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析经腋窝皱襞单孔全腔镜乳腺肿物切除术治疗良性乳腺肿瘤的临床效果。方法:选取2020年1月-2022年1月临沂市中心医院收治的良性乳腺肿瘤患者86例为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各43例。对照组予以经胸乳入路乳腺肿瘤切除术治疗,观察组予以经腋窝皱襞单孔全腔镜乳腺肿物切除术治疗。比较两组患者不良事件发生率、临床指标及瘢痕情况。结果:观察组不良事件发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、切口长度、住院时间短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组乳房对称度、乳房形状、乳头形状、乳房皮肤、切口瘢痕评分及美容效果评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:良性乳腺肿瘤患者选取经腋窝皱襞单孔全腔镜乳腺肿物切除术治疗,可降低不良事件发生率,改善患者手术期间临床指标,有助于提高手术切口的外形美观程度,对患者的康复与预后具有积极意义。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of transaxillary plica single-hole endoscope-guided breast tumor resection for benign breast tumor.Methods:86 patients with benign breast tumors admitted to Linyi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as observation subjects and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with trans-thoracic breast approach mastectomy,and the observation group was treated with transaxillary plica single-hole endoscope-guided breast tumor resection for benign breast tumor.The incidence of adverse events,clinical indicators and scarring were compared between the two groups.Results:The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The operation time,incision length and hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the intraoperative bleeding was less than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).The symmetry of breast,breast shape,nipple shape,breast skin,incision scar score and cosmetic effect score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Transaxillary plica single-hole endoscope-guided breast tumor resection for benign breast tumor can reduce the incidence of adverse events,improve clinical indicators during surgery,help improve the aesthetic appearance of the surgical incision,and have positive significance for patients'recovery and prognosis.
