奥施康定联合双磷酸盐类药物及放疗治疗骨转移灶癌痛的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨奥施康定联合双磷酸盐类药物及放疗治疗骨转移灶癌痛的效果。方法选取2015年10月至2022年2月江苏大学附属医院放疗科收治的122例骨转移灶癌痛患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组(n=61)和观察组(n=61),对照组接受放疗联合双磷酸盐类治疗,观察组接受放疗联合奥施康定和双磷酸盐类药物治疗,比较两组患者治疗疗效、血清内皮素(ET-1)、血清前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、血清五羟色胺(5-HT)、血清碱性磷酸酶(ALP)、血清Ⅰ型胶原交联氨基末端肽(NTx)、不良反应等。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.08%,高于对照组的81.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前血清指标比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组ET-1、PGE_(2)、5-HT、ALP、NTX低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率为3.28%低于对照组的4.92%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论奥施康定联合放疗治疗骨转移灶癌痛,对患者疼痛症状和相关指标的改善效果更好,并可在不加大不良反应基础上提升疗效。Objective To investigate the effect of oxycontin combined with bisphosphates and radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer pain from bone metastases.Methods A total of 122 patients with cancer pain from bone metastases treated in the Department of Radiotherapy,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangsu University from October 2015 to February 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into the control group(n=61)and the observation group(n=61)by the random number table method.The control group received radiotherapy combined with bisphosphonates,while the observation group received radiotherapy combined with oxycontin and bisphosphonates.The treatment efficacy,serum endothelin(ET-1)and serum prostaglandin E_(2)(PGE_(2)),serum 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),serum alkaline phosphatase(ALP),serum cross-linked N-telopeptide of type I collagen(NTx),adverse reactions,etc.were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the observation group(95.08%)was higher than that of the control group(81.97%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in serum indexes between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ET-1,PGE_(2),5-HT,ALP and NTx in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(3.28%)was lower than that in the control group(4.92%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Oxycontin combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of cancer pain from bone metastases exerts a better effect on the improvement of pain symptoms and related indexes,and can enhance the efficacy without increasing adverse reactions.
