摘 要:目的探讨自然杀伤T细胞(NKT细胞)在宫颈癌患者中的水平变化。方法选取2017年1月至2018年12月于该院就诊的100例女性宫颈癌患者为宫颈癌组,同期随机选取在该院进行常规体检的健康女性100例为对照组。比较两组NKT细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞及CD8^(+)T细胞水平差异;比较不同病理类型、临床分期宫颈癌患者NKT细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞及CD8^(+)T细胞水平差异。结果与对照组比较,宫颈癌组NKT细胞水平降低(P<0.05);与宫颈腺癌、腺鳞癌患者比较,宫颈鳞癌患者NKT细胞水平升高(P<0.05);与临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期宫颈癌患者比较,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期宫颈癌患者NKT细胞、CD4^(+)T细胞水平降低,CD8^(+)T细胞水平升高(P<0.05)。结论宫颈癌患者NKT细胞水平与宫颈癌的病理类型和临床分期有关。Objective To investigate the changes of the levels of natural killer T cells(NKT cells)in patients with cervical cancer.Methods A total of female cervical cancer patients who attended the hospital from January 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the cervical cancer group,and 100 healthy women who underwent routine physical examination at the hospital during the same period were randomly selected as the control group.The differences in the levels of NKT cells,CD4^(+)T cells and CD8^(+)T cells between the two groups were compared,the differences in the levels of NKT cells,CD4^(+)T cells and CD8^(+)T cells in patients with different pathological types and clinical stages of cervical cancer were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the level of NKT cells was decreased in the cervical cancer group(P<0.05).Compared with patients with cervical adenocarcinoma and adenosquam-ous carcinoma,the level of NKT cells was increased in patients with cervical squamous carcinoma(P<0.05).Compared with patients with clinical stagesⅠ-Ⅱof cervical cancer,the levels of NKT cells and CD4^(+)T cells were decreased,and the level of CD8^(+)T cells was increased in patients with stagesⅢ-Ⅳof cervical cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The level of NKT cells in patients with cervical cancer is associated with the pathological type and clinical stage of cervical cancer.
