摘  要:目的探讨气动管道物流传输系统(PTS)对实验室部分急诊生化项目检测结果的影响。方法选取2021年4-5月于该院就诊的100例患者为研究对象,其中每例患者采集3份血标本,分别通过人工运输、PTS(立即)运输、PTS(30 min后)运输这3种运输方式将标本运输至急诊生化室后进行检测。分析与比较3种不同的运输方式对急诊生化项目检测结果的影响。结果采用3种不同运输方式后,胆碱酯酶、总蛋白、清蛋白、钾、磷、镁、结合及非结合胆红素、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);乳酸脱氢酶水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P=0.001)。采用3种不同运输方式后,对11项生化项目水平进行相关性分析,结果表明均有相关性(P<0.001),且相关系数均>0.8。结论PTS可用于急诊生化标本的运输,相比传统人工运输方式对检测结果基本无影响,乳酸脱氢酶水平虽有差异但也在临床可接受范围内。Objective To investigate the effect of pneumatic pipeline logistics transmission system(PTS)on the test results of some emergency biochemical items in laboratory.Methods A total of 100 patients treated in this hospital from April to May 2021 were selected as research objects.Three blood samples were collected from each patient,and the samples were transported to the emergency biochemical room for detection by manual transportation,PTS(immediately)transportation and PTS(30 min later)transportation.The effects of three different modes of transportation on the detection results of emergency biochemical items were analyzed and compared.Results There was no significant difference on the levels of cholinesterase,total protein,albumin,potassium,phosphorus,magnesium,bound and unbound bilirubin,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase and alkaline phosphatase after three different transport modes(P>0.05).Lactate dehydrogenase level was significantly different(P=0.001).The correlation analysis of 11 biochemical items after 3 different modes of transportation showed that there were correlations(P<0.001),and the correlation coefficient was>0.8.Conclusion PTS could be used for the transportation of emergency biochemical specimens.Compared with traditional manual transportation,it has no effect on the detection results.Although the lactate dehydrogenase level is different,it is also within the clinically acceptable range.
