摘 要:现代社会是一个开放的、复杂的系统,它包括并且内在地要求器物、制度与观念等各方面的契合或配合。我们应当也能够在现代人类文明的维度、尺度上跳出中西之分和对立,明确中西之同,并在文化类型差异和文化多样化的意义上承认中西之异。中国近代以来的理论和实践深受中外关系和社会转型的冲击与影响,特别是在实践方面,这种冲击与影响更为强烈。从理论上来说,开放的循环论是对兴起于近代西方的进步主义和古老的循环论的双向扬弃,它既蕴含着方向,也昭示着道路。The key problem of the “China-West Dispute” lies in the diferences between ancient and modern times, and the solution lies in the changes between ancient and modern times, that is, China needs to continue to promote the modernization of systems and concepts, which is not based on the so-called decisive role of artifacts. Artifacts are only static things, but the invention, creation and application of artifacts need the support of specific cultural and social conditions. Modern society is an open and complex system, which includes and inherently requires the coincidence or coupling of utensils, systems and ideas. We should jump out of the differences and opposites between China and the West in the dimension of modern human civilization and clarify the similarities between China and the West. The influence of Chinese and Western cultures on real life is positive and reasonable, while some are negative and negative, which should be treated diferently. The theory and practice of China since modern times have been deeply impacted and influenced by the relationship between China and the West as well as social transformation, especially in practice. The open circulation theory is a two-way sublation of progressivism that originated in the modern West and our ancient circulation theory. It not only contains the direction but also indicates the road.
