摘　　要：随着第一批“00后”大学毕业生走出校园,我国人才市场正式进入“00后”时代。作为“21世纪新公民”“移动互联网一代”的“00后”,在就业偏好与选择上区别于以往的“80后”“90后”大学生。实证发现:“00后”大学毕业生去不同等级城市就业的意愿呈现均衡化特点,相较而言省会(副省级)城市最受“00后”大学毕业生青睐;群体中男生、就读双一流高校、就读理工科的“00后”更偏好去一二线城市就业;“00后”大学毕业生的就业城市选择受城市未来发展预期、个人发展机会、工资收入、城市印象、政府政策支持、城市服务与管理水平、离家半径的影响,其中政府政策支持是最主要影响因素。为更好地吸引“00后”大学毕业生就业,城市需要加强就业政策宣传,完善政府就业支持政策体系,持续提升城市管理与服务水平,重视城市品牌营销。With the first batch of ‘post-00 s’ university graduates out of the campus, China’s talent market has officially entered the ‘post-00 s’ era. As the ‘new citizen of the 21st century’ and ‘mobile Internet generation’, the ‘post-00 s’ are different from the previous ‘post-80 s’ and ‘post-90 s’ college students in terms of employment preferences and choices. The empirical results show that the willingness of post-00s university graduates to work in different cities is balanced, compared with provincial(sub-provincial)cities most favored by post-00s university graduates. Among the group, male students, those studying in first-class universities and those studying science and engineering are more willing to work in high-grade cities. The cities of post-00s college graduates are influenced by urban future development expectations, personal development opportunities, salary income, urban impression,government policy support, urban service and management level, among which government policy support is the most important factor. In order to better attract ‘post-000’ college graduates, cities need to strengthen the publicity of employment policy, improve the government employment support policy system, continuously improve the level of urban management and service, and pay attention to urban brand marketing.
