言语疗法配合视听觉统合康复训练对精神发育迟滞儿童言语认知及社会适应能力的干预效果

摘　　要：目的分析精神发育迟滞儿童言语疗法配合应用视听觉统合康复训练对患儿言语认知及社会适应能力恢复情况的影响。方法招募2017年3月~2020年3月间因精神发育迟滞在我院接受治疗的132例患儿作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法的方式将所有患儿分为对照组(66例)和观察组(66例)。其中对照组患儿采用言语疗法,观察组患儿则应用言语疗法+视听觉统合康复训练,对比两组患儿干预前后的格塞尔发育量表(Gesell)评分和社会适应能力评分差异。结果对照组和观察组患儿干预前的各项观察指标差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);观察组患儿干预后的各项Gesell评分和社会适应能力评分均要明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论言语疗法与视听觉统合康复训练的配合应用可有效提升精神发育迟滞儿童的认知功能、语言功能和社会适应能力,有助于患儿的健康发育。Objective To analyze the effect of audio-visual integration rehabilitation training and speech therapy on children with mental retardation,and to observe the effect of the above intervention measures on the recovery of children’s cognitive and language function.Methods 132 children with mental retardation treated in our hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 were recruited as the research objects.All children were divided into control group(66cases)and observation group(66 cases)by digital random table method.The children in the control group were treated with speech therapy,while the children in the observation group were treated with speech therapy+audiovisual integration rehabilitation training.The Gesell score(Gesell development scale),serum growth hormone level and social adaptability score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference between the control group and the observation group(P>0.05).After the intervention,the Gesell score level,serum growth hormone level and social adaptability score level of children in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined application of speech therapy and audiovisual integration rehabilitation training can effectively improve the level of serum growth hormone in children with mental retardation,promote the improvement of cognitive function,language function and social adaptability,and contribute to the healthy development of children.It has high clinical application value.
