香蘑属真菌的化学成分和药理活性研究进展

摘　　要：介绍了香蘑属Lepista真菌的化学成分组成,主要包括二萜类、倍半萜类、甾醇类、哌嗪二酮类、吡嗪二酮类、脂肪族类和多糖类等,具有较高的营养价值。简述了香蘑属真菌的药理活性,如植物生长调节作用、保肝作用、免疫调节活性、抗病原菌和抗病毒活性、抗肿瘤和抗氧化。回顾了近20年来香蘑属真菌的成分组成与药理活性两方面的研究进展,为香蘑属真菌的深入研究提供参考。This article introduces the chemical compositions of Lepista including diterpenes,sesquiterpenes,sterols,piperazine diones,pyrazine diones,aliphatics and polysaccharides with high nutritional value.It also recapitulates the pharmacological activities including plant growth regulating effect,hepatoprotective effect,immunomodulatory activity,anti-pathogenic bacteria and anti-viral activity,anti-tumor and anti-oxidation.The research progress of the compositions and pharmacological activities of Lepista were reviewed in past 20 years,providing a reference for the further investigation.
