摘 要:为深化国家医疗卫生体制改革,加快全科医生队伍建设,建立、健全全科医生培养制度,全科医学的院校教育是基础。当前我国医学院校普遍开设“全科医学概论”课程,通过了解课程教学现状,分析实施课程教学改革的意义,着重介绍如何实现线上线下混合式教学设计,结合人民卫生出版社《全科医学概论》第五版教材,根据各章节内容分别具体介绍,注重以学生为主体、理论与实践相结合,优化评价考核体系,为进一步开展全科医学教学模式改革提供参考。In order to deepen the reform of national medical and health care system, accelerate the training of general practitioners, and establish and improve the training system of general practitioners, college education of general medicine is the foundation. At present, the course of Introduction to General Medicine is widely offered in medical colleges and universities in our country. This paper points out the current teaching situation, analyzes the significance of implementing the course teaching reform, and introduces how to realize the online and offline mixed teaching design. Based on the fifth edition of the textbook of Introduction to General Medicine published by The People’s Health Publishing House, this paper introduces in detail the contents of each chapter. We emphasize student-centered teaching, the combination of theory and practice, and the optimization of evaluation and assessment system, in order to provide a reference for the further reform of general medicine teaching mode.
