摘  要:普通高等教育和职业教育培养了大批创新型复合人才。分析两类教育资源配置对城市创新的影响,构建核心变量的指标体系和进行主成分分析。研究表明,普通高等教育存在培养结构不合理、毕业生供需不匹配等问题,而职业教育存在社会认可度低、人才分流等问题。二者在政府财政支出和师资配比等方面存在差异,进而对城市创新产生异质性影响。鉴于此,研究认为需深化校企合作、实现双向发力,需优化人才培养体系、与城市创新需求相匹配,聚焦职教认可度低、人才分流的现象。General higher education and vocational education have cultivated many innovative compound talents. This paper analyzes the impact of two types of educational resource allocation on urban innovation,constructs an index system of core variables and conducts principal component analysis. Research shows that general higher education has problems such as unreasonable training structure and mismatch between supply and demand of graduates, while vocational education has problems such as low social recognition and talent diversion.There are differences between the two in terms of government financial expenditure and teacher allocation, which in turn have a heterogeneous impact on urban innovation. In view of this, this paper believes that it is necessary to deepen school-enterprise cooperation, realize two-way development, optimize the talent training system, match the needs of urban innovation, and focus on the phenomenon of low recognition of vocational education and talent diversion.
