摘 要:内地高校来自边疆地区的预科生,大学毕业后多数选择返回原籍建设家乡,对家乡发展做出了重要贡献。这些新一代的建设者在内地高校、内地城市获得的新观念、新视野,以及新的生活体验,尤其是对中华传统文化和中华民族共同体更坚定的认同感,必将对本地区、本民族产生较大影响。研究分析了内地高校边疆预科生文化适应困难的主要成因,有针对性地从全方位提升汉语表达能力、积极拓展新环境的适应面、统筹协调多形式的沟通交流、合理设计课程考试的梯级难度、加大边疆预科生经济后援力度等五个方面,提出高质量促进内地高校边疆预科生文化适应能力的对策。Most preparatory students from frontier areas in inland colleges and universities choose to return to their hometowns to build their hometowns after graduation, and have made important contributions to the development of their hometowns. The new ideas, new vision and new life experience gained by these new generation builders in inland colleges and universities and cities, especially their stronger sense of identity with the Chinese culture and community of the Chinese nation, will surely have a great impact on the region and the ethnic group. This paper analyzes the main causes of the difficulties in acculturation of the frontier preparatory students in inland colleges and universities, and puts forward some countermeasures to improve their cultural adaptability by improving the ability of Chinese expression in an all-round way, actively expanding the adaptability of the new environment, coordinating various forms of communication, rationally designing the graded difficulty of the curriculum examination, and increasing the financial support for the frontier preparatory students.
