摘 要:为了提高换流变压器绕组状态感知精度,判断换流变压器的运行状况,提出了基于数字孪生技术的换流变压器绕组状态三维感知仿真。根据换流变压器的绕组磁场分布和电磁力,计算了流过绕组的电流值,利用绕组电磁场和动力学数学模型,分析换流变压器绕组的磁场与受力情况,利用数字孪生技术映射处理变压器绕组的振动信号,结合归一化处理过程,提取出换流变压器绕组振动信号特征,基于相似判别函数,求得变压器正常状态下振动的特征矢量中心,通过构建换流变压器绕组状态三维感知模型,实现换流变压器绕组状态的三维感知。仿真结果表明,采用文中方法感知到的换流变压器绕组状态都是正常的,感知结果与换流变压器绕组的实际状态一致。In order to improve the sensing accuracy of converter transformer winding state and judge the operation status of converter transformer,a three-dimensional sensing simulation of converter transformer winding state based on digital twin technology is proposed.According to the winding magnetic field distribution and electromagnetic force of the converter transformer,the current value flowing through the winding is calculated.Using the winding electromagnetic field and dynamic mathematical model,the magnetic field and force of the converter transformer winding are analyzed.The digital twin technology is used to map and process the transformer winding vibration signal.Combined with the normalization process,the characteristics of the converter transformer winding vibration signal are extracted.Based on the similarity discriminant function,The characteristic vector center of transformer vibration under normal state is obtained,and the three-dimensional perception model of converter transformer winding state is constructed to realize the three-dimensional perception of converter transformer winding state.The simulation results show that the winding states of the converter transformer sensed by the proposed method are normal,and the sensing results are consistent with the actual winding states of the converter transformer.
