摘　　要：随着国内外形势发生深刻复杂变化,世界百年未有之大变局加速演进,我国面临的科技安全形势更加严峻。在调研我国科技创新面临的科技安全形势和科技安全治理相关内容的基础上,发挥地方情报机构功能,从科技人才、设施设备、科技活动、科技成果、成果应用安全5个方面分析福建省科技安全治理现况和问题,进而提出应对策略。With the profound and complex changes in the domestic and international situation,and the rapid evolution of the world’s major changes unseen in a century,the scientific and technical security situation faced by our country’s scientific and technical innovation is even more severe.On the basis of investigating the scitech security situation faced by sci-tech innovation and sci-tech safety governance related content in China,in order to exert the functions of local intelligence agencies,the paper analyzes the situation and problems of Fujian’s science and technology security governance from the five aspects of scientific and technical talents,facilities and equipment,scientific and technical activities,scientific and technical achievements,and application security of achievements,and then proposes countermeasures.Fujian strengthens scientific and technical security governance and improves the ability to predict,identify,respond and deal with scientific and technical security risks,which will help maintain regional and even national scientific and technical security,and ensure high-quality development and transcendence.
