摘　　要：虚假信息传播给社会及公众带来了巨大的负面影响,特别是在社交媒体的环境中,虚假信息的传播速度更快、传播范围更广,加大了虚假信息治理的难度。近年来虚假信息治理引起了各行各业的关注,图书馆作为文化与教育中心,也积极参与了虚假信息的治理实践。文章聚焦国内外图书馆参与虚假信息治理的现状,调研了国内外图书馆在参与虚假信息治理方面采取的知识科普型、辅助保障型、方法指导型、思维技能型四类措施,对比分析了国内外图书馆参与虚假信息治理的实践措施。据此,文章提出我国图书馆应从提高普及率、丰富实践措施类型、重构信息素养教育框架、构建全流程治理体系等方面进一步提高自身在虚假信息治理中的作用。The spread of false information has brought great negative impact to society and the public,especially in the context of social media,which makes the spread of false information faster and wider,thus making it more difficult to control false information.In recent years,disinformation management has attracted the attention of various industries,among which libraries,as cultural and educational centers,are also actively involved in disinformation management practices.This study focuses on the current situation of libraries'participation in disinformation governance at home and abroad,investigates four types of measures that libraries at home and abroad have carried out to participate in disinformation governance:knowledge-based science,support and security,methodological guidance,and thinking skills,and compares and analyzes the gaps of libraries'participation in disinformation governance practices at home and abroad.Accordingly,this study proposes that libraries in China should further enhance their role in disinformation governance in terms of increasing the penetration rate,enriching the types of practical measures,reconstructing the framework of information literacy education,and building a whole-process governance system.
