摘　　要：“双一流”建设背景下的高校学科建设呈现交叉融合、产教互动、竞争激烈之态势,如何参与高校数据治理,构建面向学科建设决策的情报服务工作体系是高校图书馆的重要课题。针对当前学科服务现状,文章认为高校图书馆应针对“双一流”建设的战略需求,基于自身优势积极推动高校学科数据治理和学科数据仓储建设,构建嵌入学科建设决策过程的服务体系;同时,以“马克思主义理论”学科分析服务为例,阐述了学科规划、学位点申报、学科水平评估等学科建设决策服务场景。最后,文章从建立健全数据馆员制度、自建联建学科数据平台、制定产品服务标准规范、深化整体服务专业能力四个方面探讨了高校图书馆构建学科决策情报服务体系的主要路径。Under the background of"double first-class",the discipline construction of colleges presents the trend of crossintegration,industry-education integration and fierce competition.How to participate in university data governance,and build an information service system for discipline development decision-making is an important topic of university libraries.In view of the current situation of discipline services,the article believes that university libraries should actively promote the construction of discipline data governance and discipline data storage based on their own advantages and build a service system embedded in the decision-making process of discipline construction in response to the strategic demand of"double first-class".The analysis service of"Marxist theory"is an example to illustrate the service scenarios of discipline construction decision making such as discipline planning,degree declaration and discipline level evaluation.Finally,the main paths of constructing disciplinary decision-making intelligence service system for university libraries are discussed in four aspects:establishing a sound data librarian system,self-built joint disciplinary data platform,formulating product service standards and norms,and deepening the overall service professional capacity.
